Schweep is a sports entertainment and commentary show. All content produced by Schweep, including but not limited to daily picks, results shows, and season records, is created for entertainment, discussion, and commentary purposes only.

Nothing on this website, in any Schweep video, or in any Schweep social media post constitutes financial advice, betting advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to wager money on any sporting event. We do not provide odds, we do not partner with sportsbooks, and we do not link to wagering or gambling platforms of any kind.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make with your own money. Schweep has no liability whatsoever for any financial outcome connected to choices you make after consuming our content.

02 No guarantee of accuracy

Sports are unpredictable. Our picks represent our honest opinions and analysis at the time they are posted, but we make no representation or warranty that any pick will be correct. Our public win-loss record exists to demonstrate transparency, not to imply any predictive authority or expertise.

Past performance in any period does not predict or guarantee future results. Any reliance you place on our opinions is strictly at your own risk.

03 Intellectual property

All Schweep content, including the show name, the brand, the "A Clean Schweep" and "We Got Schwept" terminology, the format, the mascot, and all video, audio, and written content, is the intellectual property of Schweep. You may share our content for non-commercial commentary, discussion, or fan purposes provided you clearly credit @schweepshow.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose Schweep content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

04 User conduct

When engaging with Schweep on social platforms or any community spaces we manage, you agree to behave in a way that is respectful and lawful. You may disagree with our picks loudly, that is part of the show. However, you may not use Schweep platforms to harass, threaten, impersonate, or distribute spam or illegal content.

We reserve the right to block, mute, or remove any user who violates these standards, at our sole discretion.

05 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Schweep content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times or that content will be free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schweep and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or your engagement with any Schweep content.
